So, Arkham has the capacity to 'shift' abilities, on a 'conflicted gauge', where more of one means less of the other.

Thinking of magi nation, and the 'charge' ability. And the 'honey trap' character, who had a combined draw/recharge.

Character has a 'conflicted gauge'. Gauge A/B are:

# of spells/Max mana cost of spells
# of cards drawn/Max mana cost of spells
# of cards drawn/Mana for that turn

Graphic design:
Two settings, with a character card can be reversed. Reverse displays different sets of stats. Set which side is 'up' at the start of each turn.
Two settings, flips from back to front...use a 'transformers' or beast form, a la werewolf?
